You would think that it would be easier to stay focused when it’s quiet or you’re at home. For me, the opposite happens. With too much time, my mind can wander without structure. In these interesting times, many of us will be challenged to keep focused while we adjust to our new normal. Actually, it’s not just about staying focused; it’s about positive focus. Be creative, try something new or at least do something you enjoy every day. Get inspired. Make a list. Keep your focus and you might just discover something new.
